Starting out as a personal assistant to a real estate agent upon her arrival in New York, Alyssa quickly became enamored with every aspect of the industry. The independence to grow your own business was what first attracted Alyssa to real estate, but it soon became the creativity and compassion that went into each deal that cemented her dedication to the field.

 

Prior to joining Compass, Alyssa worked in marketing and operations in the fashion industry where she first learned the vital importance of discerning clients' needs.
